Can I wear a extra long tie?
I saw this extra long tie that I like but I cannot find it in regular size. Does anyone know if I buy the xl one, will I be able to remedy the length issue?

Well as a fashion designer, ties have sizes for a reason. I am a menswear designer for a popular fashion line…Ralph Lauren. As one of the members of our design crew, we all feel that the right size tie is absolutely crucial to looking slick. If your tie is too short or too long, then your whole look is thrown off, however if your tie fits just right the your outfit will be tre chic. Although I am a girl and I’m guessing you are not (sorry if im wrong) and I also work in the fashion industry so you might not exactly care about style and class the way I do, so if that is the case then feel free to rock the long tie:)…….

What are extra long ties? I would answer the question if I knew what you meant. Are you talking about shoe laces or football laces maybe? Or do you mean ties like you wear with a suit?

What’s a good way to lace shoes that have REALLY long lace so they dont drag and undo themselves?
I just bought a new Adidas shoe ..the flat sole kind..and it has extra long laces..i just tie them criss-cross..and theyre still very very long..they drag on the road..either my friends or I invariably end up stepping on them,and they come undone..how can I lace the shoes to stop this happening?

I used the Ladder style on my vans, if you’re familiar with those they also have quite long laces. It did shorten them a lot, but I still had room to work with them, and I just tuck the bows into my shoes anyhow. The Ladder is good because it’s adjustable. Some of the styles that shorten the laces aren’t, so you might want to give that one a try. IMO it looks better with skinnier laces, not so much the wide flat ones. You can see that in the pics given as well.
